COPPR) is the nonprofit local arts agency that serves the City of Colorado Springs and the greater Pikes Peak region (El Paso and Teller Counties) in Colorado. We work to ensure that the creative sector grows in economic vitality and depth of impact, that creative workers can thrive in our community, and that the arts are leveraged to positively address regional economic development, education, cultural tourism, and quality of life.

Whispers of the Wild Featured Guest Artists: Daniel Logan Daniel began his artist career shortly after ending his time in the Air Force. He started by going to art school and earned his degree in Illustration which quickly gained him an appreciation for all styles of art. This appreciation turned into an eclectic love of painting in multiple styles. His paintings often display animals but he’s not afraid to venture into any subject, but one thing each of Daniel’s paintings does have is a unique story to tell. Black & White Spiders, International Color, Photography Master’s Cup, etc.), appeared in the Center for Fine Art Photography in Ft. Collins, CO six different times, in Denver, CO at the late Hal Gould’s Camera Obscura Gallery, and in a Solo Exhibition at 25 CPW Gallery(Central Park West) in New York City. The Spring Career Advancement Award Concert reflects PPOL’s ongoing commitment to supporting aspiring and professional vocal artists while fostering a deeper appreciation for opera and musical theatre in the Pikes Peak region. About Hallie Schmidt: American soprano Hallie Schmidt has performed with the Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Seattle Opera, Tacoma Opera, Pacific Northwest Opera, Vashon Opera. Recent performances include Blonde in Die Entfürung aus dem Serail and Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro with Pacific Northwest Opera, Frasquita in Tacoma Opera’s Carmen, Sophie in Der Rosenkavalier, Zerbinetta in Ariadne auf Naxos, and The Queen of the Night in The Magic Flute (filmed production) with Opera Theatre of St. Louis. Originally from Olympia, WA, Hallie received her Bachelor of Music from Oklahoma City University, and an Artist Diploma from William Jewell College in Kansas City, MO. Hallie has received awards from the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition, Lotte Lenya Competition, the Hawaii Performing Arts Festival, and was the 2023 winner of the Seattle Opera Guild Singer Development Awards. David Koechner

Actor, writer and producer David Koechner is well-known for his roles as Todd Packer on “The Office” and Champ Kind from “Anchorman” and “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.” He recently appeared on ABC’s “The Goldbergs,” ABC’s “Bless This Mess,” CBS's "Superior Donuts," Showtime's "Twin Peaks," Comedy Central’s “Another Period” IFC's "Stan Against Evil" and co-hosted A&E’s “America’s Top Dog.” Koechner voices reoccurring characters on FOX’s “American Dad” and Netflix’s “F is for Family” and "The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants." In film, recent projects include “Then Came You,” “Braking for Whales” “A Week Away,” “Vicious Fun” and “National Champions.” Upcoming releases include “Half Baked 2” and “Ganymede.” An alumnus of Chicago’s Second City Theater, Koechner got his first break as a cast member on “Saturday Night Live” and has since become an instantly recognizable face appearing in more than 200 films and television shows.
