We believe that the Cultural Office should be, in many ways, a home and crossroads for the creative community. We designed the 1,000 sq. ft. commons room to function in a variety of shared ways – in fact, it’s named The Tiemens Foundation Cultural Hub because of that vision as a lively space for gathering, meeting, learning, and even artistic ways of building mental & physical health!ย
- Space sharing is offered on a donation-basis, and proceeds benefitย COPPR’s Arts Education programs.ย
- Space sharing is intended for creative sector causes, individuals, organizations, and businesses, in alignment with COPPR’s mission.ย
The Tiemens Foundation Cultural Hub
The Cultural Office is located in Downtown Colorado Springs at the south end of Weber St. The address is 287 Fountain Blvd., #100, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Street parking is free and crosswalks are ramped.ย
The large double doors facing the intersection open right into the Tiemens Foundation Cultural Hub. This large community room and restrooms in the hallway are ADA accessible. The wall of windows on the East side looks into a charming neighborhood park, which offers an adjacent outdoor setting for activities.ย
1. Space Share: Creative Meetings
The Hub can host 25 participants seated at our rolling training tables, or 35 in seated rows for lectures or presentations. Cast visuals to our Google Canvas TV or host a hybrid discussion with our Owl 360-degree camera/speaker. The beautiful environment and view over the park will inspire your next meeting.
Suggested donation to COPPR of $45-$55 per hour.
2. Space Share: Creative Wellness Class Partners
The Cultural Office stands at a prominent corner of the Lowell neighborhood. We’re seeking partners to offer classes in creative wellness to activate our space on weekends for the benefit of our neighbors and to advance arts + mental/physical health in our city.
Suggested donation to COPPR of $80-$90 per 2-hour timeslot, partner keeps all other revenue.
