Peak Radar is the Cultural Office’s flagship program to connect residents and visitors with the vibrant arts & cultural community here in the Pikes Peak region. The program includes managing and growing PeakRadar.com (our region’s premier online cultural calendar), publishing weekly e-blasts of upcoming events to over 17,000 recipients, engaging users across multiple social media platforms, producing cultural guides digitally and in print, and promoting and elevating local arts & culture in collaboration with media partners throughout the community. The Peak Radar platform employs proven strategies across digital, print and in-person platforms to improve marketing for cultural activities, and to reduce barriers to access for all citizens and tourists. For the general public, Peak Radar is the “go-to” online cultural calendar. For our local creative community, Peak Radar is powerful and no cost marketing tool that helps artists and arts organizations to succeed and thrive.
