Goodbye to Kate

Goodbye to Kate

Kate Hertz joined the Cultural Office in 2022 and has grown into a well-known personality on our team and voice for local arts. As Community Engagement Coordinator, Kate’s work has supported the Cultural Office’s positive relationships with our community by managing communications, partnerships, and event-planning.  They created and hosted a popular series for PeakRadar.com on Instagram,  “What to Do Wednesdays,” and  voiced the Peak Radar Minute on KRCC 91.5 FM each week. Overall, Kate has been engaged, fun, committed, and full of great ideas. We will miss them greatly.

Kate is staying close, though! They have accepted a new position of Content Coordinator at Visit Colorado Springs, one of the Cultural Office’s close partners. In this role, Kate will be able to continue promoting the arts alongside all of the other wonderful reasons to visit the Pikes Peak region. Their last day will be March 22.

We wish Kate all the best!
