November Arts News from COPPeR

Arts Month 2015 is a wrap

artsmonthlogoOur sincere thanks to the community for your inspiring support of the second annual Arts Month initiative! New partners and press across the Pikes Peak region carried our call to “have one new cultural experience with friends or family during the month of October,” and we were thrilled with the traction and engagement in this year’s program. We are still crunching numbers to evaluate the growth of Arts Month and will share our findings with you in the coming weeks. Thank you again for all of your support!

“TRG Arts Center for Results” to open in Downtown Colorado Springs

TRG_LogoBlack_RealRed_CMYK-extended-borderCongratulations to TRG Arts as they open the TRG Arts Center for Results this November, a new Colorado Springs-based learning, teaching, and consulting center that will host professionals in the national and international arts and cultural sector. The Center, located on the 5th Floor of the Wells Fargo Tower at 90 S. Cascade Ave., will be where TRG hosts their classes and webinars, consulting sessions and research projects that achieve sustainable results for the arts & entertainment field.

COPPeR is celebrating this exciting time in TRG’s history by helping them to host their first “class” in our community. On Nov. 11, TRG faculty will present Metrics That Matter – a 30 minute session on the six metrics that arts leaders should be tracking – along with a toast for the new Center. This free event is by invitation only, to ensure that content is relevant and useful to attendees. However, interested arts leaders are welcome to request an invitation by e-mailing info@trgarts.com.
