The Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region is proud to announce that The Results Group for the Arts (TRG Arts), based in Colorado Springs, has won the 2017 CREATE Award at the 30th annual Business for the Arts Awards, hosted March 15 in Denver by the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA).
Each fall, the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak region nominates at least one deserving business from our community for the statewide Business for the Arts Awards. “We are proud that such an elite, for-profit consulting firm with an international reputation in the arts world has been based here in the Pikes Peak region for two decades. Now, TRG’s new Center for Results is attracting arts leaders from across North America and the United Kingdom to Colorado Springs, adding another dimension to their economic impact in our community. In addition to acknowledging TRG’s impactful work in the creative sector, this recognition from CBCA is an important opportunity to represent Colorado Springs in a positive light at the state level.” said Andy Vick, Executive Director of the Cultural Office.
The ceremony celebrates inspiring arts and business partnerships across Colorado. Over 130 companies and individuals have been honored for their philanthropic support, exceptional leadership and innovative engagement with the arts. The high-energy, arts-infused luncheon is attended by over 700 arts, business and civic leaders from across Colorado, and sold out months in advance. This year’s ceremony was held on March 15 at 11:15am-1:30pm at the Seawell Grand Ballroom of the Denver Performing Arts Complex.

The Create Award acknowledges an outstanding, for-profit creative business that has made a significant impact on Colorado’s creative economy.
