The Cultural Office has been honored by recent accolades for our small but mighty staff!
Most recently, Andy Vick, our Executive Director, was nominated for the “Modeling the Way” Community Leadership Award by Leadership Pikes Peak on February 11. This award celebrates “an LPP alumni whose leadership in their professional career has motivated their colleagues, friends, family, and/or community members to get involved. This person is a team-builder and a community collaborator.”
In December, Angela Seals, our Deputy Director, was a finalist for the Mayor’s Young Leader Awards in Colorado Springs. The awards recognize exceptional professionals aged 40 and under, across 6 sectors of the local economy. Angela was a finalist for the Creative Sector; the winner was Cody Burket of ESports Arena.
