Introducing the Creative Flight Plan Workshop — a strategic planning workshop inspired by Donald Miller’s Small Business Flight Plan, adapted for the unique needs of both creative businesses and mission-driven organizations.

Registration includes one copy of the book “How to Grow Your Small Business” by Donald Miller

Creative Flight Plan Workshop condenses a standard 6-month program into a shorter time commitment for leaders of small businesses & nonprofits.  The Workshop will cover the same content but in 3 fast-paced months of bi-weekly sessions, with homework in between.
  • Dates: March 4 – May 13, 2026 (biweekly)
  • Times: 10:30-Noon
  • Location: Cultural Office’s Tiemens Foundation Cultural Hub, 287 Fountain Blvd., #100, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 (Downtown Colorado Springs)
  • Plus once-monthly office hours with JB Bolton for questions and support
The standard 6-month program costs $3,000 / per person. But because of Bolton Co. and COPPR’s partnership, we are able to offer the 3-month Creative Flight Plan Workshop for $775 / per person (75% discount!)
  • Cost: $775 per person
