“I create sculptural paintings that celebrate color, line, negative and positive spaces in unique ways reminiscent of the brilliant light of the Pikes Peak region. My work is an attempt to capture emotional landscapes with same intensity one feels as they approach the front range from the prairie grass of the plains. My hope is that the display in a storefront will echo the power of that encounter.”
