Americans for the Arts (AFTA)’s Emerging Leaders Network identifies and cultivates the next generation of arts leaders in America. It’s an ideal way for new leaders to share their interests with other arts professionals as they develop their skills and their commitment to the arts. The Emerging Leaders Network targets individuals who are:

• 35 years or younger, or who have been in the arts administration field five years or less,
• Undergraduate or graduate students,
• Professionals who are transitioning into local arts administration from another sector.
