  • Colorado Creative Industries announced the participants for this year’s Change Leader Institute, a statewide network for creative professionals and community leaders. This year’s class includes Teller County’s Ralph Holloway, champion of the arts in Woodland Park! Congrats, Ralph! (10/2)
  • First Fridays Downtown celebrated Arts Month, including an opening at COPPeR of stunning new paintings by Deb Komitor. (10/3) See her show, For the Love of Trees, at COPPeR’s Office & Arts Info Space through the end of the year.

  • CityTalk dedicated a full episode to our local arts scene, interviewing creative leaders from Cottonwood Center for the Arts, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Colorado Springs Conservatory, Colorado Springs Downtown Partnership and COPPeR, too, as part of Arts Month! This holiday season, stop by COPPeR’s Office & Arts Info Space to buy gifts by local artists Kris and Liese Chavez, Mark Wong and Carol McIntyre. Enjoy the current exhibition of new paintings by Deb Komitor, For the Love of Trees, and pick up information about what’s happening in the arts community over the holidays!

COPPeR is located at 121 S. Tejon St., facing the Pioneers Museum, and hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. We would love to see you!
