As part of its strategic planning process, COPPeR is reaching out to community members for input. You are invited! Whether you are “interested in the arts” or formally part of the creative community as an artist or arts organization, we want your feedback at one of the designated sessions below.
1) Join a Focus Group in June
Individuals interested in the arts are invited to participate in one of two focus groups held on Monday, June 22. If you are interested, please select the time you are available:
– Session A: Monday, June 22, 11:15am-1:00pm
at the Pikes Peak Community Foundation
or
– Session B: Monday, June 22, 5:15pm-7:00pm
at the Pikes Peak Community Foundation
RSVP to info@CulturalOffice.org by Friday, June 12th. Please include your (1) name, (2) email address, (3) phone number and (4) preferred focus group session. Seats are limited, so not all interested individuals will be able to participate. Individuals will receive a small token of appreciation for their time.
Note: We ask that artists or representatives from local arts organizations do not volunteer for these focus groups as they will be engaged at a later time.
Our strategic planning process will continue during July with a community-wide online survey to gather public input.
It will conclude in August with several Arts Partners Meetings:
2) Join an Art Partners Meeting in August
Local artists and representatives from arts organizations are invited to attend one of three Arts Partners Meetings to take place on:
– Session A: Tuesday, August 11, 6:15pm-8:00pm
at the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts
– Session B: Wednesday, August 12, 8:45am-10:30am
at the Cottonwood Center for the Arts
– Session C: Thursday, August 13, 3:15pm-5:00pm
at the Manitou Art Center
If you’re an artist or representative from a local arts organization and would like to attend one of these meetings, please RSVP to info@CulturalOffice.org with your (1) name, (2) email address, (3) phone number and (4) preferred meeting date. Seats are limited, so not all interested individuals will be able to participate.
