The Cultural Office announces the departure of our Deputy Director, Angela Seals, as she begins a new chapter in her career. Angela’s last day as Deputy Director at the Cultural Office will be Thursday, March 17.
Angela has served our creative community at the Cultural Office for 9 years, joining the organization in February 2013 to lead the campaign for Peak Arts Fund. Over the years, she has led impactful programs like Arts Vision 2030, the Business + Arts Lunch, Peak Arts Prize, and Elevated by Art, while playing a central role in the life of the Cultural Office. Many have seen her hosting “Peak Radar Live” online since 2016, and worked with her on committees and partnerships across the Pikes Peak region. She has been a connector, advocate, and friend to the arts community. We will all miss her!
Angela is moving on to launch Relevant Project Studio, a freelance project management firm with a specialty in creative industries. She has also begun her Project Management 360 certification with Cornell University.
The Cultural Office Board of Directors and staff wish Angela well, and are grateful for all that she has contributed to the organization!
