CAMPAIGN IDEAS & PATRON RELATIONSHIPS
FOR SCC JOINT DATABASE USERS – APRIL 20 9:00-12:00 Lone Tree Arts Center 10075 Commons St., Lone Tree, CO Refreshments served. FREE to attend!
The day will include two (2) sessions for conducted by Target Resource Group who manage the SCC Database.
Session One: Best Campaign Ideas (9-10 a.m.) TRG Arts will deliver a Best Campaign Ideas presentation, open to all users of the TRG Data Center in the SCC network. The session will present best practices and case studies for three types of campaigns: โข How to leverage blockbuster events to grow relationships with new and existing patrons, โข How to create return single ticket buyers, including an examination of how patron relationships evolve and how you can keep them active over time, โข How to acquire new subscribers and members.
Session Two: Data Center Challenge (10:15 a.m. -11:30 a.m.) TRG Arts will deliver a workshop in which participants will team up to build mock campaigns that implement the counsel presented, using their own Data Center accounts to ensure knowledge of the tool. The session will include a report-out session where members present the campaigns they have built, offering suggestions and critiques together.
