Coffee with COPPeR events are public gatherings to learn about and discuss major advances in our region’s Cultural Plan. Join us to learn about the expanding arts venues in the northern parts of El Paso County – and the opportunities they offer in space for rehearsal, performance, exhibition and even arts offices. Featured projects will include the new UCCS Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) development, expansion plans for the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts, and the new Harmony Hall, home of Velvet Hill Chorus.
